Transact: Features & Benefits header

BT Basilica and BT Lynx has developed Transact, an industry leading browser based e-commerce tool that is fully integrated with our ERP/Business System (NAVISION) to provide real-time transaction processing.

Transact is a powerful browser based application that is exclusive to BT Basilica and BT Lynx and its customers.  The system has been designed as a business tool to empower individuals and provide information to support the decision making process.

The system can be used to locate product information, request quotes, request quotes, place orders, track orders, view shipping notes, invoices, credit notes and print electronic copy documents.

Transact also includes a sophisticated reporting tool that allows customers to produce a range of interactive on-line reports that can also be downloaded into Microsoft Excel. These reports include real-time account statements, serial numbers, software consumption, cost centre and purchase statistics.  The whole emphasis is around empowering people with information and releasing time for strategic tasks.
