Account & Client Management
Our highly trained Account Managers offer a single, consistent
point of contact and focus on building and managing the relationships
with our existing clients: this is their sole responsibility. Our Account
Manager has overall responsibility for the relationship with you and would
be your first point of call for any requirement whether that be for managed
services, projects or products. The Account Management team are supported
by Internal Sales Account Managers, who are there to handle all day-to-day
enquiries, including
- Quotation generation
- Generation and dissemination of price
catalogues
- Order progression
- Escalation management
- Stock reporting
- Provision of usage reports
Our Client Managers take responsibility for ensuring all service level
agreements with our clients are met; crucially, all consultancy and service
delivery areas of BT Lynx are accountable to our Client Management
team for their performance and customer service delivery.
An additional team of Vertical Sector Managers concentrate on managing
relationships within their specific area of industry expertise, including
Central Government, Local Government, Health, Criminal Justice and Blue Light, Legal
and the 'Not for Profit'/Housing sectors.
