We hold Certificate number FS13824 and operate a Quality Management System that complies with the requirements of BSEN ISO 9001:2000 for the following scope:

- The provision of operational, technical, installation and field services in the support and supply of customer information technology hardware and software products
- The design and provision of training services in operating systems and application software
- The provision of IT service management delivered by the managed services department in accordance with BS15000-1:2002
